Asphalt Crack Sealing

Joints or cracks in the pavement, if not sealed properly, will allow water, dirt, and other foreign materials to enter.

As water soaks down through the unsealed cracks, increasing damage will occur during the freezing and thawing cycles. Allowing water to penetrate beneath the joint or crack will also displace the subgrade, which will cause further cracking and generally deteriorate the traffic surface.

Sealcoating

A thin protective layer applied to asphalt surfaces to protect against oxidation and asphalt cracking from extreme weathering. This is a preventative maintenance solution which is a fraction of the cost in comparison to having to re-asphalt your surface. Sealcoat is recommended every 2-4 years depending on the volume of traffic your surface endures over the course of a year.

Pothole Repair

Used for sealing, filling and repairing many distresses in both asphalt concrete and portland cement concrete pavements and bridge deck surfaces that are larger than those typically repaired by crack or joint sealing, but smaller than repairs requiring remove and replace patching procedures. Typical uses include sealing, filling and leveling of wide transverse or longitudinal cracks and joints, filling potholes and utility cuts, localized skin patch repairs, repairs prior to surface treatments, and leveling bridge approaches or faulted areas.

Asphalt Repair

When the damage to the asphalt get too large to remedy by crack sealing or is too large for pothole repair, CommSurf Pro also offers small asphalt repair.

Thermoplastic

Thermoplastic Markings

A thick  powdered paint compound with highly reflective beads used for long term performance on roadways. Often this product is used for cross walks and road signage but has many more uses. The product is heated to 200 degrees and placed in various designs. Beads are added to the top of the  application for easier visibility at night.

Line Striping

Line striping is a way to organize or brighten your property for customers and staff. Changes need to be made, at times, with ADA or signage to better direct your traffic. Customers appreciate attention to the businesses they frequent. Striping will bring new life to an older asphalt surface!
